These general terms and conditions apply to all services of the Horváth & Partner GmbH addressing users (§ 13 BGB)

3. Admission to the CFO-Panel-Network

3. The online confirmation of an admission to the CFO-Panel is not a legally binding offer. It is an invitation to make a booking. You make a legally binding booking by clicking on the button "Confirmation" during the last step of the process of admission. The joining of the CFO-Panel is successful when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation via fax or E-mail immediately after receiving your order.

4. Text of the Contract

The text of the contract is stored on our internal system. You always have access to the general terms and conditions on this website.

5. Payment

The payment always takes place via invoice.

The General Terms and Conditions of Horváth & Partner GmbH are also included in this terms.
